Assumption Campus

Welcome to the Assumption Community. We are located in Cold Spring, Minnesota, home of Cold Spring beer and Cold Spring granite, in central Minnesota just minutes west of St. Cloud state highway 23.

In 2008 Assumption Home celebrated 45 years of dedicated service to the community. Our mission is to pursue excellence in providing a continuum of health and residential services for over 250 older adults. Our defining goals are to promote human dignity, quality of living; to server older adults with respectful recognition of each person's privacy, dignity, worth and wholeness; and, to provide a Christian environment for all regardless of race, creed or color.
