The process involves gathering all information available about the organization including mission, goals, products, owner vision for identity, likes and dislikes. Several initial ideas are then presented and feedback is requested. You may be delighted with one of the designs or parts of several designs—or may not like any of them. Any of those responses are acceptable and part of the learning curve. What we learn we take back to the drawing board and move forward.
